TOOL MANUFACTURING CAPACITY
With a standard production rate of 3-4 tool per month, our manufacturing operations remain robust. However, in instances requiring meticulous attention, such as critical mould production, we prioritize precision over quantity, limiting output to 2 tools monthly. Our efficiency is underscored by the synergy between our cutting-edge machinery and skilled workforce, enabling us to maintain consistent output levels. Each tool typically undergoes a meticulous 7-8 day fabrication process, ensuring adherence to quality standards. With ample resources and expertise at our disposal, we optimize production timelines while upholding uncompromising quality benchmarks, thus affirming our commitment to excellence in tool manufacturing.
